This questionnaire allows you to assess your own level of employment-readiness, AS WELL AS allowing others who know you to give their opinion too (anonymously!)
The final report will illustrate agreement and differences of opinion. Both of which are critical to help you to plan your next career move.

The requirement for at least 5 people is to ensure the anonymity feature “works”. Any fewer than 5 participants, and the temptation is to guess who said what! (The value lies not in guessing, but in thinking why anybody said what they said!)
